Welcome to Peak Motion Fitness! My name is Ryan DiBiase, the founder and trainer who will be helping you reach your peak! I am a NASM-certified personal trainer, martial artist/instructor and all-around people-person. Trust and communication are paramount to me: I do everything in my power to build an environment where you feel safe, heard and respected, all while being pushed to grow both physically and mentally.
Everyone’s story, health and reason for coming to me are different. I approach each client with a fresh perspective and allow their needs and goals, coupled with my knowledge and experience, to move them forward confidently with a plan that empowers them through scalable, actionable steps. Let me be that person in your corner who can help you craft new habits and nutrition/lifestyle changes.
Together, we will tackle diet, meal prep, hydration, sleep and supplementation.

The Process
Initial Email or Intake Form

2. Your Free Assessment
At the bottom of your intake form will be a section for you to list dates you are available over the next 2-4 weeks to schedule your free assessment.
Your assessment is a great time for us to get to know each other better as well as get a chance to go over your intake form more in-depth.
We will also be going through a small test workout to give me a better idea of your range of motion, strength, flexibility and overall fitness.
3. Plan Selection
Once you are ready to pull the trigger on your new self, feel free to take a look at my plans and pricing here.
4. Your Program
This is where the magic happens. Commit yourself to the plan, trust in the process and show up for yourself. If you do these things, I promise you that together we will change your health and life.
Your program will be broken up into 12 session blocks. At the end of each 12 session block we will review your overall progress, weight strength and mobility/flexibility.
With the beginning of each new block, any changes or adjustment to your program will be implemented and your program will continue to scale with you as you develop strength and confidence to keep you challenged.
5. Plan Renewal
Just like the sales process, I want your renewal experience to be frictionless and pressure-free. Once we are down to your last 3-6 sessions, we will review your progress, discuss goals and a plan moving forward.
